Company Policies and Terms of Agreement

- All payments are final and non-refundable. However, you have the option to reschedule your booking if you need to change your travel date.
- You will be asked to pay the full fare to continue the booked trip if you have tried to fool the system by entering an invalid amount or using an invalid document. Any paid amount lower than the children’s fare, which is 72, is considered as a penalty.
- Please arrive at the ferry terminal at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If you fail to board the ferry on time, it will depart without you, and you will forfeit your booking.
- You have the right to cancel your booking once without any penalty. However, you will only have one opportunity to rebook your trip within a specified period of time or risk losing your payment. If you cancel your rebooked trip, you will not be eligible for a refund or another rebooking.
- You consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of providing and improving our service. We respect your privacy and will not share your information with any third parties without your permission.
- You acknowledge that these terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. You agree to check our website or app regularly for any updates or modifications. Your continued use of our service after any changes implies your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
